The Cheese

Farmhouse in Italy
As part of your culinary tour at Dimora Morello, we will introduce you to the world famous Italian cheeses and their historic origins. For example, Pecorino has a history as sweet sheep's milk cheese in Roman times, around 2000 years ago. The medieval monasteries of Italy were centers of cheese making excellence. Our local farmers still apply the same methods to create the delectable flavors passed along from generation to generation.
