Daily rate all-inclusive varies each day per person, refer to the booking rate located in the check in/check out calendar including: transportation from Rome Fiumicino airport (FCO) back and forth if the stay is 4 or more days, premium room, wine tasting, 3 meals day, truffle hunting, cheese tour, cultural tour, open wine cellar and more.
Daily rate stays without all-inclusive refer to the booking rate located in the check in/check out calendar.

Booking a stay at our villa is very different from booking a regular hotel room. Please do not just click the box to accept these terms and conditions (as we all typically do!) – do please read the following conditions carefully.
To confirm your booking, you will be asked to submit your credit card details to process the deposit. Dimora Morello reserves the right for pre-authorization of credit cards prior to Guests arrival.
Cooking Class and Tours Cancellation Policy:
Because we will reserve a space for you, and turn down other requests, do the planning and ordering required to ensure every class/tour is a success, we need to be able to count on you. When you reserve a spot in one of our cooking classes and/or tours, it is not refundable. Cancellations must be made via email. You will not be charged if you cancel 90 days in advance of your scheduled class(es).
General Booking/Accommodations Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing via email sent to: email@example.com
“The booking” referred to in the cancellation policy refers to the total price of your stay including accommodations, cooking classes and tours and/or packages.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before your stay, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 60-89 days before your stay, will be charged 50% of the booking.
Cancellations made between 30-59 days before your stay, will be charged 75% of the booking.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before your stay will be charged 100% of the booking.
Cancellations taking place during your stay (or early departure) will not be reimbursed.
If we must cancel your booking a full refund will be issued.
Damage or Losses
Please treat the villa accordingly, and leave the Property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition.
Any damage or losses caused during the stay, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be the Guest’s responsibility. The Guests will be contacted and made aware and may be charged to the Guest’s account, deducted from the Guest’s credit card on file. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the stay, Dimora Morello may require the Guest and their party, including visitors to vacate the Property immediately, without compensation or refund.
